MSA is proud to support the architecture and design of Spring Fertility’s SOMA clinic located in downtown San Francisco in the Salesforce Transit Center. While Spring Fertility’s branding continues to be consistent throughout their facilities, new design elements were introduced into the project. Some elements include a customized reception design with a fold up top / swinging door, book shelf divider with a monitor screen / branding, LED “skylight” fixtures, and colorful wallcoverings / wall graphics. Even though there were challenges throughout the project especially during the permitting process, MSA continued to work hand-in-hand with the supporting team to deliver a space that meets the client’s expectations.

MSA partnered with the Spring Fertility brand to build their clinics throughout the Bay Area. We created a fresh new environment that reflected our clients branding through the use of bright colors, white walls, and natural wood floors. Also, Spring Fertility's logo utilized a green focal wall. The project involved developing the Design Concept for a reception area, offices, exam, work, break, conference rooms, and administration offices. MSA's scope of work included Programming, Building Analysis Block Plans, and Test Fits, 3D Renderings, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Permitting, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
