The Hess Winery Collection
Having sustained significant damage from the 2014 Napa earthquake, the Hess team came to MSA with an initial project to update their tasting room bar. The project expanded to a refresh of their gift shop, which included a new suite of custom fixturing and service desk. Next, MSA completed a design for their luxury private tasting rooms overlooking their newly rebuilt Cellar One. Our design team envisioned light-filled airy rooms that flowed from one to another and connected by a shared balcony. The design included warm hardwood floors, floor to ceiling factory-style windows and doors, custom-designed tables, and unique lighting elements, all of which highlighted the winery’s world-class artwork collection.
