MSA collaborated with the client weekly to create a clean and modern Japanese-inspired design that is cost-effective. Architectural cladding elements such as providing a conceptual design package that includes Concept Plan, Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development. MSA also produced recommended specifications of materials, light fixtures, and furniture. The final design package was given to the client to take to a general contractor to build off.
