MSA worked closely with multiple stakeholders including the county and health departments, building developers, structural engineers, and civil grading consultants throughout design and permitting to bring separate operations together under one roof. The ground-up tilt-up approach gave the project the flexibility to meet the county's specific space and layout needs while keeping the build efficient and on schedule.
The building was designed to LEED Silver certification standards per USGBC guidelines, reflecting MSA's attention to sustainable design alongside the practical demands of a multi-stakeholder public project.
