As the Building Architect of Record for the two office towers at Oyster Point Marina Plaza, MSA works closely with the Landlord providing architectural services to complete Common Area building upgrades as well as tenant improvement projects for both existing and new tenants. Our continued support of OPMP encompasses a broad range of services, including the production of marketing materials for prospective tenants, Architectural Documents of record, and design of move-in ready spec suites.
